Purposes and grounds

Handling messages relies on the operator’s legitimate interest in receiving and responding to enquiries addressed to them. A request about a potential service may involve pre-contractual steps taken at your initiative. You may object using the contact below. Optional audience measurement relies on your agreement, which can be withdrawn at any time. Functional storage supports the service requested; it is not used for advertising.

When you contact me

Only your email and message are required. Name and subject are optional. This information is used to read and respond to your enquiry, not to subscribe you to advertising. Do not include passwords, identity documents or sensitive data.

The form sends your message to the operator’s mailbox through Resend. It creates no visitor profile and saves no browser draft after a reload. Intended mailbox retention: up to 12 months after the last exchange, unless deletion is requested, you have asked for ongoing follow-up, or an applicable obligation requires otherwise. Resend and the mailbox service may have different technical retention periods; deletion must be handled with those services where necessary.

B.AI and the workspace

The editor and terminal use a virtual workspace in your browser. They do not access files on your computer. The B.AI conversation may be stored in the tab, limited to 50 messages and 150,000 characters for the stored session. The oldest messages are removed when this limit is reached. Sessions saved more than 24 hours ago are not restored after a reload. Its clear action removes it from this device.

External AI exchanges are disabled until the operator has reviewed the provider configuration. If chat is enabled, an adult-only confirmation is required. The message, relevant history and files included in the context may then be sent to the announced provider. Provider retention is separate from local storage; clearing the local conversation does not request deletion from that provider. Do not submit confidential information or third-party data without authorisation.

Measurement and operation

Vercel hosts the site and processes technical information needed to deliver and secure it. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights are enabled on Vercel deployments only after you choose to accept optional measurement. URLs passed through these integrations have query parameters and fragments removed. You can refuse and later change your choice from the footer.

Abuse prevention processes the IP address to count requests. When Upstash is configured, it uses Redis without additional analytics and with pseudonymised identifiers. It is not used to build an advertising profile. Language preferences, privacy choices, conversations and offline caches are described on the Cookies and storage page.

Providers and transfers

The relevant providers are Vercel for hosting and accepted measurement, Resend for contact form delivery, the operator’s mailbox service and, when configured, Upstash for abuse prevention. Google or OpenRouter can only be enabled for B.AI after a separate review of their conditions. GitHub and LinkedIn links open independent sites; their tracking widgets are not embedded in this portfolio.

These providers may process data outside Morocco. The operator must verify locations, contracts and applicable transfer formalities before enabling a processing activity. This page does not constitute certification or authorisation by Morocco’s CNDP.

Access, correction and deletion

To request access, correction, objection or deletion concerning your data, write to a.khoubiza.dev@gmail.com and identify the relevant message or context. Do not send an identity document unsolicited: proportionate verification may be requested only when necessary. The intended response time is within 30 days, subject to the applicable legal deadline.

Controls on the Cookies and storage page clear local portfolio data. They do not delete emails already sent or data held by a provider. Use the email request for those records. You may also contact Morocco’s National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
